HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR – EXTERNAL POST (FIVE- YEARS CONTRACT)
MPHELA & ASSOCIATES ATTORNEYS INC, HEAD OFFICE (GROBLERSDAL), requires the services of a full-time Human Resources administrator. The incumbent will support the Office Manager: Human Resources, in the implementation of both transactional and transformational HR Activities. The HR Administrator is responsible for providing a quality Human Resources service to employees and line management.
This position reports to the Office Manager.
Salary: Negotiable
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant three (3) year qualification in Human Resources Management or Industrial/Organisational Psychology or equivalent.
- Minimum of Two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Sound knowledge of Human Capital best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge of HR relevant Legislation. i.e. BCEA, LRA, OHSA, SDA, etc.
- Working knowledge of Sage Pastel Payroll and or Sage 300 people HRIS.
Core Responsibilities
- Administration of conditions of employment and employee benefits
• Appointments, promotions, terminations and transfers. - Administration of change management projects.
- Receiving and resolving HR queries.
- Data quality and Staff records maintenance.
- HR reporting and Coordination of HR calendar.
- Payroll administration.
- Employee Relations Administration.
- Assist with monthly reports/returns (PAYE, SDL, UIF, Provident Fund, etc)
